Hi Steven. I was an instant fan of yours the moment you made Thai Green Curry from scratch on Masterchef and then you deservedly won. Though I did see some glimpses of you behind the scenes of Great British Menu, I had been wondering what had happened to you, and now by pure chance I stumble upon your blog.
