Steve Wallis: London, United Kingdom; Hello - I'm Steven, welcome to my blog. I won BBC's Masterchef in 2007, which as the show's ardent strapline bellows, "It will change your life!" Well I have to say it certainly has. I live and work in London, and work as a private chef and flavour consultant for individuals and businesses in the UK and Europe.
