Oh my. Typography AND ice cream colours... Lush. If I would have spotted the type in the last shot on my travels it would have me jumping up and down on the spot.
Hi Steven. I was an instant fan of yours the moment you made Thai Green Curry from scratch on Masterchef and then you deservedly won. Though I did see some glimpses of you behind the scenes of Great British Menu, I had been wondering what had happened to you, and now by pure chance I stumble upon your blog.
Wonderful photography and much to smile about. Enjoy your journey!
Hello - I'm Steven, welcome to my blog. I won BBC's Masterchef in 2007, which as the show's ardent strapline bellows, "It will change your life!" Well I have to say it certainly has.
I live and work in London, and work as a private chef and flavour consultant for individuals and businesses in the UK and Europe. I am looking to start my own restaurant in the future, so watch this space. Enjoy reading!

"When the girl returned, some hours later, she carried a tray, with a cup of fragrant tea steaming on it; and a plate piled up with very hot buttered toast, cut thick, very brown on both sides, with the butter running through the holes in it in great golden drops, like honey from the honeycomb. The smell of that buttered toast simply talked to Toad, and with no uncertain voice; talked of warm kitchens, of breakfasts on bright frosty mornings, of cosy parlour firesides on winter evenings, when one's ramble was over and slippered feet were propped on the fender, of the purring of contented cats, and the twitter of sleepy canaries."
