Back again after a long absence...

Hello again! Yes, I know it's been an inordinate amount of time since my last post (almost 7 months!), but I have been busying myself with all sorts of opportunities that have come my way. Since I now have a bit of spare time on my hands, I intend to blog as much as possible - posting up all of the great things I have been up to. I must admit I have missed my blogging so will now set to work over the next few weeks posting like crazy. Thought I'd update my profile photo too!

I watched the whole "catastrophe" when it happened, and we've just seen a re-run in South Africa. The re-runs give one time to watch the progression of the contestants, and the food processes more closely. You pick up things you missed the first time around. It's so damn tightly edited.
