Brassicas and Fractals - The Romanesco

I know that so many people before me have wondered in awe about the Romanesco Cauliflower, the nutty brassical flavour and the mathematical genius that is its structure (likening these curious vegetables to fractal paintings, in particular Hokusai's great wave and the mastery of Fibonacci's sequence) - I can't help but find its beauty so fascinating. With this is mind, I offer no cooking instruction, but prefer to gawp open mouthed at it splendor.
